Returns & Exchanges

Because my artwork is made in small quantities and many pieces are one-of-a-kind or made specifically for you, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

I encourage you to reach out with any questions about an artwork's size, colors, materials, or other details before purchasing. I'm always happy to provide additional information or photographs to help you feel confident in your decision.

Custom commissions are also final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the commission has been approved and work has begun.

Damaged Orders

I take great care when packaging every order and do my best to ensure your artwork arrives safely. However, I understand that unexpected things can happen during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. I'll review the situation and work with you to determine the best way to make it right.

Custom Commissions

Because commissions are created specifically for you, I want the process to feel collaborative and personal. Before I begin painting, we'll discuss your vision, preferences, size, colors, and other important details.

Once the final concept has been approved and work has begun, changes to the original concept may not be possible and commissions cannot be cancelled or refunded.

My goal is never simply to create a piece of artwork—it's to create something that feels meaningful to you. If you have questions or concerns throughout the process, I encourage you to reach out.
