“Walks Through London”

While walking through the streets of London in June (2026), I took a picture of a street in Covent Garden that really inspired me. At first glance, it didn't look much different than all the other streets around it, but as I took more time with it, smaller stories and beautiful moments began to emerge within the bigger picture. The lightpost seemed to anchor the composition and the buildings curved around the street corner, disappearing behind themselves. The orangey-reds of the brick facades complemented the grey-blue tones of the rain-drizzled pavement. This mini drawing would be an amazing addition to any shelf, desk, or night stand.
