Texas Patchwork

"Texas Patchwork" looks at patterns, shapes, and footprints that catch my eye as I explore the landscape of Austin. The viewer might recognize the apertures of the Line Hotel, the stained glass of the Elsworth Kelley installation at the Blanton, or the road leading up to the Capital building. Bold and possibly shocking color combinations create strong juxtapositions between shapes and form, creating a new and unique pattern within the Austin framework.
